The same programming you’d expect from personal training — just in a motivating, team-style format, with some added HIIT training.

1:1 personal training
$90–$110 per session
Private, tailored, and entirely about your goals.
Each session is custom-built around your physique, experience level, and target outcomes — whether that’s strength, fat loss, or overall body composition.
Expect expert coaching, precision programming, and real results.

24/7 access membership
$150 / month
For experienced lifters who want elite equipment and round-the-clock access — without the chaos of a commercial gym.
Limited to 10 members only.
